The machine is designed for checking of a rotating inflated tire unbalance in two planes. Measurement is carried out electrically to detect the amount and location of unbalance of each plane by load cells.
In particular, the machine is capable of measuring the following parameters:
static unbalance (on one plane);
dynamic unbalance (on two plane)
couple unbalance
amount of angle

Tire bead compression machine

The tire bead compression machine displays and processes the bead seat contact pressure as a function of the rim shoulder diameter. From the measurements the operator can judge whether the bead characteristics of a tire are within safety limits or not. Too low pressure (below the lower safety limit) indicates an air leakage hazard or may cause a break-off of the tire from the rim during cornering. Too high pressure (beyond the limit of mount ability) results in mounting trouble. It’s useful for tire R&D.
