1. The integrated design of Gear hobbing and reverse gear greatly saves customers' investment in equipment and reduces the space occupied by equipment!!

Liebherr customers can equip independent chamfering cutting unit in the machine tool. The solution is two-in-one machine, which saves investment in special chamfering machine and necessary automation unit. It is not necessary to purchase a Gear hobbing machine and a reverse gear machine respectively for hobbing and reverse gear processing. Only one machine can meet the requirements. The initial investment can be reduced by about 10%, and the equipment space can be reduced by 30%!


2. The integrated design of Gear hobbing and chamfering does not increase the cycle time required for workpiece processing, but reduces the process length and makes the layout more reasonable!

The Gear hobbing and reverse gear processing is designed as a dual-station. The equipment duplex can be used for Gear hobbing and reverse gear processing at the same time. The processing does not interfere, and the reverse gear processing will not occupy the processing cycle time of gear hobbing!! I.  The burr can be avoided from being squeezed onto the production workpiece for the second time by the edge extrusion process, resulting in the generation of workpiece scrap!
II.  The chamfering process adopts the upper and lower blade cutting process, so the cutting surface is smooth and flat, and the workpiece surface produced by the chamfering process is rough and uneven!
III.  The chamfering process can perfectly avoid the problem of material processing stress, and the chamfering process will make the processing of the workpiece with material stress, and the chamfering angle of the workpiece will be deformed!
IV.  Mechanical interference has little impact on chamfering process, so the relative customers can achieve a wide range of angle process requirements when chamfering, and the chamfering process can achieve a relatively small range of angle due to interference.


5. The chamfer angle is adjustable, and the interference with the equipment is small, and the range of processes that customers can choose is wider!
